At Windward Transfers and tours, we understand that plan can change. However to ensure timely scheduling and fair compensation for our drivers and Staff, we maintain the following Policy:
Cancellations and Changes within 24 Hours of Service:
All Cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours Prior to the Schedule pickup time are non-refundable and not eligible for credit. This includes:
* Cancellations for any reason, including delayed or missed flights, changes in travel plans, or personal emergencies.
* Request to reschedule within 24hours of the original pickup times

We Strongly encourage guests to review their travel plan and notify us at least 24 hours in advance of any changes
